Here's where you can find information on training your body for specific stunts-the actual stunt phase when the flyer is already on top. Remember, Cheer Tough is a sports training company that teaches cheerleaders how to train their bodies to perform better, not how to specifically perform stunts. We'll show you specific exercises for power, strength, and flexibility for each stunt for both flyers and bases. We'll also show sample videos of each stunt. We found these videos online and placed links here for a reference. We do not take credit for any of these videos. We have also included some segments from our DVD Train For Your Sport for your assistance. We hope you enjoy and learn how to better prepare for your sport!
