Here's where you can find information on training your body for specific stunt mounts. Remember, Cheer Tough is a sports training company that teaches cheerleaders how to train their bodies to perform better, not how to specifically perform stunts. We'll show you specific exercises for power, strength, and flexibility for each stunt for both flyers and bases. We'll also show sample videos of each stunt. We found these videos online and placed links here for a reference. We do not take credit for any of these videos.
