Training for Cheerleading Stunts |

We have a lot of information about training for stunts. BUT, keep in mind, Cheer Tough is a sports training company, not a cheer technique company. So, what you'll see here is information on how to prepare your body for stunts ie. power exercises, strength exercises, and flexibilty exercises.We do include videos we have found online that demonstrate each stunt, but that's just so we're on the same page about each stunt. We don't take credit for any of the stunt example videos.
From a sports training standpoint, cheerleading stunts need to be broken down into three phases: Mounts, stunts, and dismounts. This is because they are seperate movements that require different skills. Also,each phase is different for eachmember of the stunt team. So, you'll seethem seperated.
